How to Use the Sharable Portable Power Bank
Now that you have downloaded our app and registered an account, let's proceed step by step:
1. Scan the QR Code
📍 Locate a power bank rack near you. 📷 Scan the QR code on the rack using the app.
2. Make a Deposit
💰 Deposit Rs. 2000 via eSewa or Khalti. 🔄 Refunds are manual, so they may take time.
3. Rent the Power Bank
▶️ Press 'Start' in the app. ⚡ A power bank will pop out of the rack.
4. Charging and Returning
🔌 Use the power bank to charge. 📍 Locate the nearest station using the app to return it.
5. Complete Payment
💳 After returning, review the rental summary. ✅ Press 'Pay' to settle the charge.
6. Deposit Refund
🔄 Refund applies if no pending payments. ❗ Pending payments must be cleared before requesting a refund.

Privacy Policy
Our app collects your email address and device ID to uniquely identify you and enforce secure single-device login. You must sign in to access any app functionality. Your email address is used to generate your user ID.
A refundable deposit of Rs. 2000 is required to lease a power bank. Payments and refunds are processed by third-party providers (eSewa and Khalti). Our app does not collect phone numbers, MPINs, or any payment account details. We only store basic transaction history such as payment success or failure.
The camera is used solely for scanning QR codes. Camera flash is used only to improve scan visibility. Your precise location is used to help find the nearest charging station for convenience.
No in-app purchases exist. "Purchases" refer only to deposits and rental fees. Refund requests can be initiated in the app but are handled externally through our third-party partners.
We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or any illegal purpose. Your data is secure and used only to enhance your experience with the app.
